Christmas period return policy: Orders placed between the 28th November 2017 and the 20th December 2017 can be returned until the 31st January 2018.

We realise that getting just the right shoe and fit is really important, and we want to assure you that you can order from with complete confidence. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we will be pleased to refund or exchange your purchase.

We can only accept unworn shoes. We recommend to try them on inside, so they stay in perfect condition.

All we ask is that you return your items to us, in perfect condition and with their original packaging within 30 days from receipt. Sale goods should be returned within 30 days from receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your purchase isn't quite what you had hoped for you and you'd like to return it to us, we offer the following options:


Free UK Returns with Collect+

If you would like to use our free UK Mainland Collect+ service, please use the returns label included in your parcel. If you have more than one parcel, please create a new label for each parcel and do not reprint the same label. Please package up your goods with the label, and take them to your nearest Collect+ outlet, where you will be given a tracking reference. We will notify you via email when we have processed your refund. If you do not have a returns label, you can download and print one here. Again, remember to create a label for each parcel and do not use the same label for various parcels and do not wrap them together as they may get separated during shipping. 


Free Returns to store

Simply take your purchase along with proof of purchase to any ECCO Shoes UK store* and we will process your refund. Please note that our Cambridge Franchise store is unable to accept returns. Any of the stores featured on our Store Locator will accept your return, and refunds will take the processed via your original payment method. 


*Excludes Northern Ireland



Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns if you are located off the UK mainland or Northern Ireland.



Should you wish to use your own courier service, please ensure you use a recorded service as we are unable to process a refund or exchange if your items do not arrive in our warehouse.  If you decide to use your own courier service we will be unable to refund the cost of you doing so.


Please note that refunds can take up to five working days to appear in your account, and may take slightly longer if you have chosen to pay by Paypal. Your original shipping costs will not be refunded unless your purchase is faulty.
